Stone Street was the perfect opportunity to design and build a modern and affordable little sanctuary in the heart of Wellington’s own little city within a city, Miramar. With demand for flexible lifestyle solutions growing rapidly, Miramars location and extensive offerings really hit the spot. We deliberately chose to limit site coverage to under 35%. By doing so, we could include a large flat common lawn for all owners to enjoy. Together with other smaller open space, trees and extensive landscaping to provide a very residential feel to the project. In summer it would be great for the occasional neighbourhood gathering. The space we’ve created means all residents get sunlight and air, and a pleasant outlook. Our architects have designed these homes to the current NZ Building Code. That means double glazing, fully insulated throughout and more.
