Tacy Street was the perfect opportunity to design and build a modern and affordable little sanctuary in the heart of Kilbirnie. We deliberately chose to limit the site coverage, by doing so, we could include a large flat common lawn for all owners to enjoy. Together with other smaller open space, trees and landscaping to provide a very residential feel. The space created means all residents get sunlight and air, and a pleasant outlook. Terraces on Tacy St is conveniently located, surrounded by great schools, amenitites and the sea. One part city, one part suburb, this area is the perfect mix of the two.
